STRICT AND ENFORCED 48-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY!

Appointment and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing SS77 Hair Studio! To ensure smooth scheduling, we kindly request at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations.

• Cancellations within 48 hours: 40% of the service cost will be charged.
• No-shows: 100% of the service cost will be charged.
• Appointments booked within 24 hours that are not confirmed or result in a no-show: 100% of the service cost will be charged.
• Multiple services not canceled within 48 hours: 100% of the service cost will be charged. 50% of the cost may be charged to reserve the appointment.

This policy helps us manage our schedule and accommodate other clients.

 CLIENTS RECEIVE DISCOUNTS WHEN SALON CANCELS

SS77 HAIR STUDIO  stands by our policies, we feel that it is only fair that we honor the same policies to our clients, for any reason the salon has to cancel on a client less than 24 hours after the appointment is scheduled; we will honor 50% off on your next service. But, if the cancellation is due to situations that are out of our hands such as a power outage, unfortunate incident, etc… that requires the salon to be closed during
regular business hours, we would gladly reschedule your appointment. The 50% discount will not apply.
