Our goal at Marisa's Skin Care is to offer the best possible service to our clients and we do our best to accommodate your busy schedules.  Last minute cancellations, overlooked appointments don't allow us to run our business smoothly. We are always understanding that circumstances may arise which make it impossible for you to keep your scheduled appointment. Please be informed of our booking policies below.

In order for us to offer your appointment time to other clients we ask you give 24 hour notice for cancellations. If an appointment is cancelled within the 24 hour period this will result requiring a credit card to reserve future bookings and 50% of missed appointment and future appointment will be required prior to booking. No showing an appointment will in requiring a credit card to reserve any future bookings and payment is required for both missed appointment and future appointment, online booking will be disabled until payment is received for missed service. If there is a frequency of cancellations, we reserve the right to hold credit card or discontinue booking appointments.
