1. Cancellation Policy


We value your time and ask that you do the same

for ours To avoid any charges, please notify us at

least 4 hours in advance if you need to cancel or

make changes to your appointment. Cancellations

made with less than 4 hours' notice will incur a fee

of 50% of the booked service.



2. Late Arrivals:


We understand that delays can happen, whether due to traffic or other unexpected events. We offer a

10-minute grace period for late arrivals. However, if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled or shortened to keep our schedule on time for other clients. In either case, you will still be charged the full price for the service. If your appointment is canceled due to arriving more than 10 minutes late, a fee of 50% of the booked service will apply.
